This mountain home was designed as both a relaxing vacation retreat and a comfortable year-round home for our clients’ son. We made the kitchen the heart of the home — a place for family to gather, cook, and connect. Every space, from the cozy family room to the guest bedroom and basement bar, was designed with comfort and togetherness in mind. Warm textures and rich materials flow throughout, reflecting the beauty of the surrounding mountains and making the home feel inviting in every season.

This custom home was a special collaboration for a retired healthcare executive and his wife. Seeking a peaceful sanctuary from their busy lives, they commissioned our firm to create a cozy vacation escape nestled in the serene Blue Ridge Mountains. Their primary goal was to build a welcoming and relaxing gathering place where family and friends could connect and make lasting memories. Our comprehensive Design, Build, and Furnish approach ensured their vision of a seamless, ready-to-enjoy mountain haven was flawlessly realized.
