About to become empty nesters, our clients, one an entrepreneur, the other a VP for a large plumbing company, found their dream home in Lake Arrowhead. They knew this home had so much potential, but needed a serious renovation.

Knowing this would soon become their forever home, we completely reimagined their space. Their home, located in a beautiful mountain lake community, came with good bones, but the entire floorplan of the home had to be reimagined. We relocated a stair case to make room for their new custom kitchen, refinished all the flooring, retextured the walls, walnut blasted their pine ceilings, and installed all new windows and doors. We also create a new laundry, mud room, half bathroom, and office on the second floor. Refinishing the stone fireplaces and adding beautiful furnishing and finishes throughout transformed this into their dream home.

Every space in this home is stunning, but the crowing jewel is their new kitchen. The newly updated floorplan allowed the kitchen to double in size. The custom cabinetry, paneled appliances, unlacquered brass, and soapstone countertops put this space over the top. Custom furnishings and finishes completed the rest of the home remodel, making their dream home come to life.
