A recently retired entrepreneur along with his family, found an incredible home on some beautiful property and instantly fell in love! The home is nestled in the hills of Colorado, with a rich history and a stream in the front yard, they knew this home was meant to be. The location and size was perfect, but the home needed some major upgrades to bring it not only up to date, but be the perfect house for the couples growing boys, extended family and growing friend group.

This 6700sf home had plenty of space to entertain both inside and out, but lacked the benefits of all the latest technology and comfort. We quickly got busy renovating the entire home top to bottom by opening up walls to let in more natural light, replacing all the flooring, installing a brand new entertaining kitchen, updating all the bathrooms, and furnishing the home top to bottom with beautiful , durable pieces that will last for years to come.

Re-creating this home was a dream project and we loved seeing it all come to life. We used gorgeous materials such as reclaimed oak flooring, natural countertops in quartzite, marble & granite , custom walnut cabinetry, finishes in unlacquered brass & polished nickel, then filled the home with beautiful , durable fixtures & furnishings from top to bottom. After two long years, and lots of hard work, our clients now live in their dream home, creating memories with family and friends alike.
